On October 17 I attended a public hearing at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town for the DC2RVA rail project. “As part of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, DRPT will engage the community to help complete the final phase of a rigorous environmental analysis and preliminary engineering effort that reflects the region’s vision for the Washington, D.C. to Richmond segment of the Southeast High Speed Rail (SEHSR) corridor.” Here is the Executive Summary.
