Had a great time with the University of Michigan D.C. Alumni Club and Free Minds Bookclub DC, a local organization that engages incarcerated D.C. youth through writing. On October 18 we met at Western Presbyterian Church to provide feedback on the youths’ poetry to help to stimulate their self-awareness and support their development.
