The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Farm Stewardship Team organized a volunteer tree planting at Linganore Creek on the Monacacy River in the Chesapeake Bay watershed–home to people, plants, and critters alike. In four hours we planted 1,100 trees to create a stream side buffer to help reduce pollution and make water cleaner in the state of Maryland.
